Meet Kent Tan, PwC Malaysia's Early Careers & Campus Engagement Lead and the person behind many of PwC's graduate and internship hires since 2014.
Kent's career path is anything but linear. From helping run his family's restaurant business in the U.S. to eventually joining PwC as an intern after earning his Bachelor's in Business Administration from UCSI University, his journey reflects persistence, adaptability, and people-first leadership.
Known for his genuine curiosity and love for connecting with young talent, Kent has built his career around helping others build theirs. When he's not on campus or mentoring future professionals, you'll likely find him unwinding by the beach, chasing sunshine and good conversations.
