Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design on complex projects from end-to-end, acting as the design owner and a key strategic partner. You will be fully accountable for owning project timelines, managing your own deliverables, and ensuring the success of the products you design

• Work closely with Product Managers and data analysts to define and track key product metrics. You will actively use quantitative and qualitative data to inform your design decisions and measure the impact of your work.

• Plan and execute efficient user research initiatives. You will not only identify user pain points but also synthesize findings into realistic and actionable enhancement suggestions that align with business goals.

• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers. You will be able to clearly articulate design rationale, present your work with confidence, and proactively manage communication to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.

• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and high-fidelity designs. You will maintain a high standard for design quality and ensure all designs adhere to our design system and brand guidelines.
  

Educational Requirements:

• 6 or more years of experience in UX & UI / Product Design. Related design experience in B2B and SaaS products would be a plus.

• A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process and successful projects.

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment where you took full ownership of design projects from strategy to execution.

• A proven track record of using data and user insights to inform design decisions and measure product success.

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and defend design choices to a variety of stakeholders.

• Experience running effective and lean user research to inform product strategy and identify actionable enhancements.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
