As a UX Designer, you will focus on creating intuitive, user-centered design solutions that enhance the overall user experience across digital products. Your role includes supporting the design process from research through to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving the usability and accessibility of applications through design best practices. Some examples of your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Supporting user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
Assisting in the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions
Collaborating with senior designers, developers, and product teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience
Participating in design reviews and incorporating feedback to refine design solutions
Contributing to the development and maintenance of design systems and adhering to brand and accessibility guidelines
Conducting competitive analysis and market research to understand trends and user expectations
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will focus on developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, or services. Your role includes enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers through various digital channels. Some examples of your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
Developing and managing content for digital platforms, including website, blog, and social media to attract and engage target audiences
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
Optimizing content and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
Managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking
