Objectives of the Position
In this supporting role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our APAC-level DASH (Digitalize, Automate, Standardize, Harmonize) project especially for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development process. Your analytical thinking and interest in digital tools will support improvements in HR processes, increase efficiency, and help us build more streamlined ways of working. Your contributions will assist our efforts to enhance HR operations.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
1) Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR teams across APAC to understand current practices and gather input for improvement.
Coordinate communication between various stakeholders to support effective implementation of initiatives.
2) Project Participation:
Assist in the planning and rollout of initiatives for Talent Acquisition and Learning & development.
Contribute ideas for streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Support project tracking, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure progress and alignment.
3) Data Analysis:
Analyze HR process data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Provide input for continuous improvement by identifying trends and proposing enhancements.
Requirements
Education
Currently pursuing / completing your final year / graduated from Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Working Experience
Able to commit a minimum 3 months of Traineeship.
Experience in process improvement, data analysis, or digital tools using Microsoft Power Platform.
Good Planning and Organizational skills.
Independent and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge. Able and willing to take up new initiative as assigned.
Great team player, flexible, positive mindset with good communication, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps)
Demonstrates a good level of proficiency in language and culture.
Strong processing skills and analytical abilities.
Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft application i.e. Words, Excel, Power Point.
