Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Industry Engagement & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential corporate clients in manufacturing, engineering, and renewable energy sectors to understand their workforce development and upskilling needs.
2. Needs Analysis & Solution Design: Conduct technical discussions with clients to assess their training gaps in areas like automation, robotics, AI integration, and solar technology — then propose customized training roadmaps or solutions.
3. Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare professional training proposals, quotations, and capability presentations tailored to each client’s technical requirements and business objectives.
4. Collaboration with Technical Trainers: Work closely with subject matter experts and trainers to design suitable training modules, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance to industry standards.
5. Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry players, technology providers, and associations to support new training initiatives or joint projects.
6. Sales & Target Achievement: Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to closing — while meeting monthly or quarterly sales targets.
7. Market & Industry Intelligence: Monitor emerging technologies and trends in Industry 5.0, smart manufacturing, and solar energy to identify new opportunities and align training offerings with market demand.
8. Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring post-training follow-up, satisfaction feedback, and exploration of future upskilling needs.
9. Event & Outreach Participation: Represent the training centre at exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to promote training capabilities and establish professional networks.
10. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track and report business development activities, analyze conversion rates, and provide input to improve training programs, marketing approaches, and client engagement strategies.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Passionate in education would be advantage
Fluent in English
