Partnerships / KOL Marketing Associate

"The Marketing team at Kravve is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design.
In this role, you would be responsible for connecting with partners and KOLs to drive brand and product desire and credibility. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.
Job Responsibilities
Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
Construct end-to-end full scale key influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs
Identify and source partnership opportunities including but not limited to: bloggers, media partners, social influencers etc
Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
Develop new marketing ideas and content such as testimonials, endorsements and demonstrations of products
Keep a great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
Secure brand product features and placements in appropriate media categories
Create innovative press mailing and launch events
Job Requirements
1-2 years experience managing partnership (shopping/f&b preferable)
Strong network within top KOLs in related industries is a plus
Expert fluency with identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities
Strategic understanding of traditional, digital/social specific media marketing in addition to appropriate metrics of success
Ability to effectively colaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strong relationships with talent representation and digital/social networks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills
Bonus point if you can communicate (written and oral) in Mandarin and/or Malay
Highly meticulous and good at coordination; able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides will be an advantage
Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities"""
