Responsible for overseeing the quality, safety, and innovation of products from development through production. This includes maintaining compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, HALAL), improving quality systems, and developing new or enhanced food products aligned with brand strategy and market demands.
This role bridges R&D with Quality Control/Assurance to ensure that all products meet internal and external quality expectations while supporting innovation and continuous improvement in product offerings.
