Marketing assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and activities. This entry-to-junior level role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing efforts, contributing directly to our brand's visibility and growth. You will gain hands-on experience across various marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager/Team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content, events, etc.).
Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Monitor engagement and assist with community management.
Help draft marketing copy for various materials, including emails, newsletters, website updates, brochures, and advertisements.
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, or trade shows (both online and offline), including logistics and promotional activities.
Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
Help maintain and update the company website and other digital assets with fresh content.
Assist in preparing marketing performance reports by collecting and summarizing data (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, campaign results).
Manage marketing databases and email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA regulations.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining marketing collateral inventory.
Liaise with external vendors and agencies (e.g., printers, designers, digital agencies) as needed.
Collaborate with other internal teams, such as Sales and Product Development, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
