• Work with real-world data: From wrangling raw datasets to building clean, reliable data pipelines. Exposure to experimentation, analytics tooling, and building dashboards that support day-to-day decisions

• Problem-solving: Translate business questions into data problems and communicate insights that drive action. Develop problem-solving skills and a product-thinking mindset, with hands-on projects that impact the business

• Cross-functional collaboration: Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams like marketing, product, and operations

• Your journey: In your first month, you'll explore our data and infrastructure, and familiarise yourself with the business, systems, and internal language. By the second month, you'll begin handling stakeholder requests — guided by a senior data team member — learning how to break down problems and implement solutions that support business outcomes. From the third month onwards, you'll take on more complex challenges, contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, and gain clarity on your path within data. You'll also receive structured feedback to help you reflect on your progress, sharpen your strengths, and identify areas for continued growth.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics). Bootcamp graduates are also welcome to apply

• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis; familiarity with SQL and Excel is a plus

• Curious, independent, and comfortable working with ambiguity

• Strong communicator — able to explain data and insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Passionate about using data to solve real-world problems, not just for academic exploration

• Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to commit to a minimum of 3 months. Open to local Malaysian candidates only
