About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineering Intern to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products through effective Testing, Training and Documentation. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern QA methodologies, tools, and software development lifecycle practices in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end SIT/ UAT Test Execution

• Understand and review user requirement and functional specification to ensure all test scope and test cases are executed within the agreed timeline

• Identify, log, and track defects, actively participate in defect calls, support defect management processes, and perform retesting

• Assist in designing and developing test cases, as well as preparing test result documentation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Good communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and best practices

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and Confluence for project management, test management, and documentation

• Basic knowledge of software testing concepts (functional, regression)

• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
