About the Role

We are seeking motivated OJT candidates to join us as Data Engineers (Entry-Level/Associate). This opportunity is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in data engineering, ETL processes, and building scalable data workflows that support business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines and data workflows.

• Collect, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from various sources.

• Support database management, data validation, and documentation.

• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and reliability.

• Contribute to dashboards and reports that enable better decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and programming (Python preferred).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
