Description:
We’re looking for a Programme Associate to help ensure the successful delivery of our programmes and to ensure they are of a high quality, up-to-date, and delivered to an excellent standard.
The Programme Associate will drive, plan, oversee, and track programmes from start to finish - from design, operational setup, to delivery and monitoring. The candidate will take a lead role in planning, executing, monitoring and managing our end-to-end human capital development programmes – from education to job placement.
Responsibilities:
Help design & develop new programmes for TalentLabs and its existing/potential partners, as part of our Programme Management team.
Support the design, development and delivery of our proprietary and partner’s eLearning/blended learning/synchronous/asynchronous cross-border learning programmes.
Monitor and oversee the successful development and delivery of online/blended learning programme assigned to ensure the programme targets are met by monitoring daily tasks, communicating with those involved and providing detailed and timely updates to the company and/or other stakeholders.
Lead the coordination between various internal stakeholders such as Marketing & Communications, Account Management, Business Development, Learning & Development, and the Product teams.
To support the company and department in the pursuit of new business opportunities and broad-based business development and contribute to the achievement of the company and department’s business financial targets.
