As a Tech Sales Executive, you will focus on driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities for technology solutions. Your role includes building and nurturing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning products or services to meet those needs — all while staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Some examples of your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching prospects and engaging decision-makers
Understanding customer requirements and tailoring technology solutions that address business challenges
Presenting and demonstrating products or services to prospective clients in a compelling and customized manner
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals and post-sale support coordination
Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and align solutions with customer needs
As Program & Partnership Specialist, incumbent will be supporting with delivery of programs under the Ecosystem Development department, while managing and maintaining good relationships with ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Support in managing and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, corporates, and other ecosystem players.
• Program Management: Support and manage various startup programs and initiatives that align with the MYStartup goals. This includes accelerators, talents & developer program, and other capacity-building activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ensuring clear communication and collaboration between Cradle Fund and partners to achieve mutual objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to support program activities and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Work with respective Program Leads in collecting feedback and data from program to assess the impact and success of programs. Provide regular reports and insights to Program Leads and Head of Unit.
• Community Building: Foster a vibrant startup community by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Technical Competencies
• Tools: Familiar with the use of digital tools (i.e. Canva, Hubspot, Trello, etc)
