We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & Intelligence Team, supporting both core analytics functions and strategic special projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with data from the ground up—sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing datasets to uncover insights that inform business strategy, enhance operational efficiency, and support ecosystem development across ASEAN and global markets.
As a Data & AI Specialist, you will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven and AI-powered solutions that help drive business insights and automation. Your role includes working with structured and unstructured data, assisting in model development, and collaborating with teams to implement machine learning and data analytics pipelines. Some examples of your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets for analysis and model training
Supporting the development and testing of machine learning models under the guidance of senior data scientists or AI engineers
Analyzing data to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings in a clear, actionable manner
Assisting in the deployment of AI models and data pipelines into production environments
Documenting processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and reproducibility
Using data visualization tools to communicate insights and performance of models
Responsibilities
1. Data Sourcing & Management
• Identify and acquire relevant datasets from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure data availability. • Maintain and update data repositories to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Data Cleaning & Preparation
• Clean, transform, and validate raw data to ensure quality and usability.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated workflows for recurring tasks. • Document data cleaning processes and maintain reproducibility standards
3. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations. • Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations tailored to business objectives.
4. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
• Contribute to high-impact projects that require deep data analysis and cross-functional collaboration. • Support ecosystem development initiatives by providing intelligence on market trends, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics.
• Assist in designing and evaluating pilot programs, partnerships, and innovation initiatives
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., strategy, partnerships, operations) to understand analytical needs. • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for ongoing performance tracking.

Technical Competencies
• Tools: Familiar with the use of digital tools (i.e. Canva, Hubspot, Trello, etc)
• Skills: Familiar with programming/coding. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
