Roles & Responsibilities:
Do regular surveys and follow up on customer experience. Be in constant comminication with customers’ss response. Plan campaign or activities to communicate or reward customers.
Study and understand the target market.
Create posts relevant to target market.
Assist in creating reports, and posts and campaigns.
Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Able to do TikTok posts.
Gather and analyse our consumer insights
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Psychology/English or related field.
Candidates with relevant certifications
Employment Type: On-site/Hybrid
