Business Development Executive β HelixByte (Cerev CMMS & Cerev Service)
HelixByte is a rapidly growing software company building next-generation SaaS products that enhance operational efficiency and digital transformation across industries. We are the creators of two flagship platforms:
Cerev CMMS: A powerful Computerized Maintenance Management System that helps organizations manage assets, automate maintenance schedules, and ensure operational uptime.
Cerev Service: A streamlined field service platform designed to optimize dispatching, task coordination, and real-time service reporting.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of business growth, engaging with clients, owning the sales process, and representing HelixByte in both executive meetings and public-facing events. You will contribute to brand visibility through participation in conferences, booth activations, and strategic community outreach.
What Youβll Do
π Sales & Enterprise Account Development
Identify and pursue B2B opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments, including F&B manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, and global facilities management firms.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and propose tailored solutions that align Cerev CMMS or Cerev Service with specific client challenges.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and demo to proposal, negotiation, and post-sale support.
Build long-term client relationships with top-tier organizations and gain exposure to complex, high-value corporate deals.
π’ Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Plan, publish, and manage content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns targeting specific industries and job roles
Design basic visuals, write captions, and schedule posts to maintain a strong brand presence
Analyze ad performance and assist with content strategies to improve reach and engagement
π― Strategic Market & Client Expansion
Navigate corporate procurement and compliance processes, support RFP submissions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to close strategic accounts.
Analyze industry-specific pain points and align our solutions to vertical markets such as manufacturing, building maintenance, and industrial services.
πͺ Marketing & Community Outreach
Represent HelixByte at expos, conferences, and trade events including booth setup, promotional strategy, and lead engagement.
Build relationships with professional organizations, technical societies, and university communities to increase brand visibility.
Plan and execute campus roadshows, outreach events, or community showcases. Experience in organizing marketing or university events is a big plus.
π€ Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and messaging consistency.
Share customer feedback and competitive insights with internal teams to inform product enhancements and strategic direction.
What Sets You Apart
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and independently coordinate cross-functional activities
Experience with digital marketing tools, facebook ads, canva, or other content tools
Familiarity with B2B messaging or any experience selling/marketing a product
Hands-on involvement in expos, or startup communities
