Operations Executive – HelixByte (Cerev CMMS & Cerev Service)

As an Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in the deployment and lifecycle support of our SaaS solutions. You will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring successful project rollouts, delivering high-quality support, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Project Setup & Coordination
• Assist in setting up Cerev CMMS (https://cerev.net) and Cerev Service (https://service.cerev.net) for new
client projects, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
• Coordinate implementation timelines with internal stakeholders and client representatives.
• Track and report weekly progress updates, risks, and milestones to project owners and clients.
Client Engagement & Support
• Act as the primary liaison during the implementation phase, addressing client inquiries and clarifying require-
ments.
• Provide on-site or virtual training sessions and onboarding support tailored to client needs.
• Maintain strong post-deployment relationships, ensuring active and effective usage of the software.
Documentation & Knowledge Enablement
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of tutorials, FAQs, and documentation to support client onboard-
ing.
• Continuously improve internal SOPs to drive implementation efficiency and consistency.
Account Management & Feedback
• Monitor contract renewal timelines, ensuring timely renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather product feedback.
Requirements
Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing client-facing projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to explain software workflows in a simple and effective manner.
• Comfortable with digital tools and capable of picking up new platforms quickly.
Bonus if you have
• Prior experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or operations.
Familiarity with CMMS, facility management, or service industry workflows.
Basic understanding of software lifecycle and agile development processes.
