Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Consultant to provide strategic, analytical, and operational guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

o   Assess client or organizational needs and identify opportunities for business improvement.

o   Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategies.

o   Develop business transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.

·       Business Analysis & Solutions Design

o   Analyze existing processes, operations, and systems to identify gaps or inefficiencies.

o   Recommend tailored solutions—ranging from process redesign and digital transformation to organizational restructuring.

o   Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new strategies and systems.

·       Stakeholder Engagement

o   Collaborate with senior executives, managers, and cross-functional teams to understand business goals.

o   Present findings, business cases, and actionable recommendations in clear and compelling formats.

o   Build strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.

·       Project Delivery

o   Support the design, planning, and execution of business improvement projects.

o   Track KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success.

o   Ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with business outcomes.
