We are seeking a Business & Data Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions. This role combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical expertise to translate data into actionable insights, support decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with stakeholders, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and presenting insights in a clear and business-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities

·       Business Analysis

o   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

o   Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and value delivery.

o   Support project planning, solution design, and testing phases.

·       Data Analysis & Insights

o   Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources for analysis.

o   Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.

o   Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, business performance, and operational outcomes.

o   Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.

·       Stakeholder Management

o   Serve as the key liaison between business teams and technical/data teams.

o   Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, presentations, and reports tailored for non-technical audiences.

o   Assist in change management and adoption of new tools, processes, or systems.

·       Data Governance & Quality

o   Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for analysis.

o   Support implementation of data governance policies, compliance, and documentation.
