Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to grow and retain key enterprise clients

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients—ensuring seamless communication, system rollouts, and stakeholder engagement

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across POMEN’s ecosystem and its partner's solutions.

  • Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and support

  • Lead client renewals, proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with measurable KPIs

  • Monitor account health, usage, and profitability through CRM and regular reporting

  • Represent POMEN at industry expos, demos, and client workshops


Educational Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or any other related disciplines

  • Excellent communication and C-level presentation skills

  • Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital platforms, SaaS value propositions, and customer success

  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Excel dashboards, or proposal automation tools
