Key Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute tailored account strategies to grow and retain key enterprise clients
Act as the main point of contact for key clients—ensuring seamless communication, system rollouts, and stakeholder engagement
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across POMEN’s ecosystem and its partner's solutions.
Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and support
Lead client renewals, proposals, presentations, and performance reviews with measurable KPIs
Monitor account health, usage, and profitability through CRM and regular reporting
Represent POMEN at industry expos, demos, and client workshops
Educational Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting or any other related disciplines
Excellent communication and C-level presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital platforms, SaaS value propositions, and customer success
Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, Excel dashboards, or proposal automation tools
