What will you do?
As an Assistant Manager of Accounts, you will...
Handle full set of accounts to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts
Review of Account Receivable and Account Payable transactions
Monitor daily cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow forecast
Monitor issuance of payments and prepare monthly bank reconciliation report
Manage monthly SST submission
Manage year end audit and draft audit report
Prepare income tax computation for review
Prepare tax estimation and revise CP204 if necessary
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and any other relevant stakeholders
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your immediate superior
What we need?
If you..
Possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and / or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, MIA, etc.)
Relevant working experience of 4 -6 years. Previous experience in Big4 or middle tier accounting firm would be an added advantage
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Workspace (Doc, Sheet, Slides, etc.)
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels
Are a team player with strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, and committed to meet deadline
Have an attention to detail
Have the ability to work effectively in a team and in a nimble, fast-moving environment
