Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Koha, you’ll work directly with the co-founders to grow our legacy planner network and partner ecosystem. This role blends people engagement, training, tech support, content creation, and strategic input. If you’re energetic, resourceful, and excited about digital solutions that create social impact, we want you on our team.
We are currently looking for a candidate who is proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and willing to travel, preferably with driving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and support legacy planners and ecosystem partners
Design and conduct system training (online & physical workshops)
Handle helpdesk queries and calls; build knowledge base and FAQs
Assist with proposal writing and presentation deck preparation
Create marketing and sales content using Canva and AI tools
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new software features
Earn additional commissions through successful recruitment and product sales
What We’re Looking For:Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (speaking and writing)
Willing to travel (preferably with own transport and driving skills)
Energetic, resourceful, and passionate about digital solutions with social impact
Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements
