Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist proficient in managing Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across these platforms to drive effective user acquisition, engagement, and conversions. You should have a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads.
Conduct thorough audience analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Create compelling ad copies.
Work with graphic designer & video editors to create visuals that align with brand guidelines and drive conversion.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI.
A/B test ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns.
Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience managing Facebook Ads & TikTok Ads campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of advertising principles and best practices across digital platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
