Job Responsibilities:
Liaison between SDM and IT services delivery team for delivery of IT services to Business.
Coordinate and facilitate regular review meeting / discussion sessions to drive for continuous improvements in customer satisfaction for IT services delivery and performance.
Work with IT services delivery team to ensure standard service/support processes are adhered to.
Coordinate, identify and frame ongoing policy, operation process, guidelines and practice issues within the IT service offering.
Provide fast turn-around time on business opportunities & Service Proposals requested by customers.
Assist in AR collection.
Any other duties assigned from time to time.
