Performance Marketing Analyst
Description
Responsibilities:
• Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
• Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports
• Responsible for track, report, and analyse the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports
• Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations
• Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
• Evaluate customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to customer experience
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or any related field
• 2 years prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio will be added advantages
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and R
• A high degree of business acumen
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
