If a portfolio is not available, candidates should compile their assignments or artwork for submission.

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Objectives of the Position
Support the creative team in developing visual assets for internal and external communications across the Asia Pacific region.
Assist in maintaining brand consistency by adhering to BASF’s Corporate Identity guidelines in all design work.
Gain hands-on experience in corporate design, digital content creation, and campaign support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Main Tasks
Assist in the coordination and rollout of marketing and digital campaigns, including content planning, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
Support the creation of campaign assets such as social media visuals, banners, brochures, and basic video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all materials meet BASF’s Corporate Identity standards.
Use digital tools (e.g., CMS, social media management platforms, basic analytics dashboards) to support campaign execution and reporting.
Assist in the development of creative assets for campaigns, events, and digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers.
Ensure all design outputs meet brand standards and are delivered on time.
Support the maintenance of digital asset libraries and file organization.
Collaborate with the creative and communications teams to brainstorm and execute visual concepts.
Provide design support for ad-hoc requests from business units and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
Education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of marketing and digital communication principles.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. Familiar with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital design principles and social media formats.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
