About the Role:
As a TA Coordinator (Trainee), you will play a key supporting role in the recruitment process. You’ll work closely with recruiters to help manage candidate communication, schedule interviews, and ensure smooth pre-onboarding experiences. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone Screening Support
Assist recruiters in calling and screening candidates based on predefined questions or criteria.Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, send calendar invites, and ensure everyone is informed.Pre-Onboarding Formalities
Help collect documents, follow up with candidates, and ensure all pre-joining steps are completed.ATS Maintenance
Update candidate records, track application statuses, and ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
