Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

• Support the HR Talent Acquisition team by assisting with the document maintenance, data entry,

  and system clean-up to ensure records are accurate, complete, and audit ready.

• Conduct research and provide insights to facilitate decision-making processes.

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources.

• Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, analyze data, and generate insights.

• Prepare and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with team members, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.

• Maintain organized records of data sources, analysis steps, and results.

• Review and update employee documents in the system.

• Organise and rename files based on HR guidelines.

• Check if any documents are missing and inform the team.

• Keep track of all updates in a simple records or tracker.

• Help with basic admin tasks like uploading files or data into the system.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong learning aptitude, positive attitude, and growth mindset.
