OJT Period: 

[Cohort 1] - 3 June to 29 August

[Cohort 2] - 2 July to 30 September

[Cohort 3] - 1 August to 31 October

Objectives

  • Support recruitment administrative tasks as well as candidates sourcing and interview scheduling

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

  • Accountable for recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, pre-hiring activities, onboarding

  • Responsible for personnel record creation and personnel data maintenance

  • Prepare/translate local language HR communication materials when necessary

  • Participate in process improvement, automation and digitalization projects

  • Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise to develop the formation of competence hub.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology

  • Good analytical skills and have experience in data analysis, statistic or reporting

  • Basic understanding of HR principles/Employment Law

  • Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Knowledgeable in PowerBI or Power Automate will be an added advantage

  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
