Objectives
Support recruitment administrative tasks as well as candidates sourcing and interview scheduling
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
Accountable for recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, pre-hiring activities, onboarding
Responsible for personnel record creation and personnel data maintenance
Prepare/translate local language HR communication materials when necessary
Participate in process improvement, automation and digitalization projects
Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise to develop the formation of competence hub.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or Psychology
Good analytical skills and have experience in data analysis, statistic or reporting
Basic understanding of HR principles/Employment Law
Functional knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications, i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in PowerBI or Power Automate will be an added advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
