This position is responsible for providing the necessary sales support for the sale of all Lenovo solutions (hardware, software, services, and peripherals), across all Business Models – Global Accounts, Public Sector, Large Enterprise, and channel segments.
You will be working within specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) for their day-to-day tasks to ensure Lenovo’s customers receive quick turnaround on quotes and other pre/post sales related requests.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who possesses a positive can-do attitude, a high degree of attention to detail, professionalism, and drive to undertake the wide latitude of responsibilities inherent with a growing company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Primary tasks include Customer Focused Admin tasks, account specific tasks, bid submission, and Inside Sales Rep account support
2) Provide support to Manager / Team Lead / Segment Lead / Senior ISSR on assigned tasks mainly update ETA/POD, prepare quotation and reporting
3) Learn and apply sales support techniques and processes
4) Learn and apply effective business communication skills
