We are looking for a qualified IT engineer to assist in various stages of the technical support center flow. As a Managed Service Desk Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic team, working to ensure seamless technical support.

This training provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support and case management. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in Lenovo's technical support operations, gaining practical experience in client support and technology troubleshooting, with guidance from mentors and other members of our team.

Job and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues.
• Monitor end-to-end case management processes.
• Following up on cases with Logistics & Fields in a timely manner to ensure service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and provide insights on improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Escalate complex cases to senior management and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Knowledge management & documentation
• Participate in training sessions to identify gaps in current processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Gain exposure to different markets outside of Malaysia through job shadowing and research.
• Assist in generating insightful reports and data visualization to drive process improvements.
• Provide input and briefings through regular meetings, highlighting efforts, actions, and results.
• Participate in continuous learning initiatives to enhance professional skills and expertise.
