As a GTAP COE Assistant, you will assist in various data-related functions that support the performance and operations of our services team. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional processes, analytical tools, and vendor management, developing valuable skills for a career in operations, analytics, or service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Extraction & Compilation
Support the team in retrieving and compiling relevant datasets from internal systems and platforms to support ongoing analysis and decision-making.Report Generation
Assist in generating recurring and ad-hoc performance and operational reports to support service delivery reviews, internal assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Learn and apply the RCA process to help identify patterns and underlying issues in service or operational performance, contributing to problem-solving and solution development.Vendor Collection Support
Participate in coordinating and tracking data or documentation from external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions to support business requirements.
