As a Field Service Specialist Trainee, you will support end-to-end field service operations and work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. You’ll be involved in tracking service performance, identifying improvement areas, and assisting in root cause analysis to ensure a seamless service experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Field Service Operations
Assist in tracking daily field service activities, including job assignments, technician dispatch, and case closures to ensure timely and effective resolution.Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Work alongside the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to investigate recurring issues, identify root causes of service gaps, and contribute to improvement plans.Reporting & Performance Analysis
Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to field performance, vendor KPIs, service turnaround times, and escalations, providing insights for internal reviews.Vendor Engagement
Coordinate and participate in weekly check-in meetings with vendors to review performance, address challenges, and align on service standards and targets.
